BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Pat Mathisen was raised on Long Island, New York where she worked in leasing sales in Garden City and Great Neck before starting her family. In 1977 Pat and her family moved to Arizona. Pat's career move in real estate began in 2001 and she became a million dollar producer with Schilling Fine Homes. She is a member of the Scottsdale Board of Realtors and adheres to the ethical standards of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Pat listens to her clients needs and loves assisting her clients find their 'dream home' and great lifestyle that Arizona affords. For Pat's out of state residents (secondary residents) Pat assists her clients with setting up utilities and deliveries of furniture. Pat has a list of 'favorite' shops and restuarants that she shares with her clients and friends.
